Inches House Maulin, Milleeny & Miskish Self-Catering Holiday Cottages
All terms are
per week (unless part week booking confirmed) commencing at 3pm on Saturday and
ending at 10am on day of departure.
Reservations can be made with a 25% deposit by credit card, Irish Euro
cheque or via Paypal.
This reservation will constitute a
binding contract between yourself and Inches House.
In the event of can
Balance of rent to be paid NOT LESS THAN 28
days prior to arrival.
No reminders will be given and cottages not paid for will be re-let, if
possible.
Any cottage booked within 28 days of stay must be paid in full at time of
booking.
Tenants will be responsible for making good any damage or loss, however caused,
to the property. Your
cottage must be left clean and vacated by 10am on day of departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage or extra cleaning should it
be necessary.
No more than 2 pets per cottage.
All terms are as agreed with John in writing or by E-mail.
Reservations 25% by credit card, Irish Euro cheque or via Paypal.
This reservation will constitute a
binding contract between yourself and Inches House.
In the event of cancellation more than 3 weeks in advance we will return
the deposit if we are successful in re-booking.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 weeks in advance an account for
the full amount will be rendered.
All sailings cancelled at the John’s
discretion will be refunded in full.
We suggest you take
out your own Holiday Insurance Policy to cover possible cancellations
